Entering a boxing gym can be quite daunting/intimidating but I have been training here for a year and have found that the environment here is very welcoming and family orientated.Whether your objective is to train for fitness, develop your boxing skills and/or compete, the coaches give you the required attention to work towards your goals.
I have been taking classes here for a while. I highly recommend anyone who wants to learn boxing to train at L.A.U Boxing Club. Each coach has his own different teaching methods and styles. The atmosphere of the class is also great.
Good place to start your boxing journey or as something new to try.They teach proper fundamental techniques for boxing with a good community to back you up with training.

Never have I felt more comfortable than I do at LAU boxing. The atmosphere is fun, everyone is super supportive and the coaches are fantastic at breaking things down.The great thing about training with Henry, Justin and Chloe is that they all have their own style. Through their unique teaching methods, I've been able to benefit from a variety of techniques and build on my skills which has improved my overall understanding.The classes are not only good workouts but I've also come to appreciate the art of boxing.
